- Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing accounts, primarily OEMs, 2nd tier suppliers, and distributors.
- Customer Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their expectations and standards are met.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the internal customer team and Commercial Manager to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Travel Requirements: Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers quarterly, requiring approximately 6-8 trips per year.
- Commercial Team Integration: Become an integral part of the Commercial Team, supporting the transition of the Commercial Manager to a more business development-focused role.
Salary: The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the aerospace industry, particularly in manufacturing safety-critical components.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company confidently and professionally.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively, maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and company interests.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings.
