About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for precast concrete flooring projects, working closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure competitive pricing and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, factoring in materials, labour, and other costs
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to gather project details
  • Review construction plans and technical documentation
  • Maintain and update cost databases, ensuring estimates reflect current market trends
  • Assist with project tenders and follow up on proposals
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably within the construction or precast concrete sector
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
  • Proficient in estimating software and Excel
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
