As a Commis Waiter at Château de Mercuès, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a swift and professional service to hotel guests in the restaurants and lounges.
- Cleaning and preparing service stations, stillroom and work areas before and after service following the pre and post service checklists.
- Assisting colleagues where possible, promoting excellent teamwork and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proactively communicating customer feedback and new ideas/suggestions for continuous improvement of customer service.
- Assisting in the training and development of fellow team members through coaching and sharing of skills.
Requirements:
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Flexible and reliable
