Are you a seasoned HR professional with experience advising clients on non-contentious and contentious employment law and HR matters?

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Advisor to join our team based in the lovely rural location of Kent.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience providing expert advice on employment law and HR matters to clients across various sectors. This role is unique as it combines fast-paced consultancy work with the opportunity to work closely with other HR professionals providing services to a diverse range of clients.

You will be employed directly by the Blue Pelican Group, but not be based on-site with them. The role involves working from our office located near Tenterden, Kent, where you will share a collaborative workspace with other HR professionals.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum + benefits, including a commission plan that rewards your hard work and dedication.
