About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Active Care Group, a pioneering national provider of complex care services.

As a specialist in communication and swallowing disorders, you will provide assessment and management of these issues for our residents across various locations in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop evidence-led therapy programmes at a specialist level, incorporating multidisciplinary working to achieve optimal outcomes for our patients.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical care aligned with national guidance for excellence.
  • Lead cohesive goal-setting and therapy coordination as part of named therapist duties.
  • Contribute to internal training and service delivery audit initiatives.

Requirements
  • HCPC registration.
  • Previous experience in a neurorehabilitation setting.
  • Dysphagia competency on RCSLT framework at specialist level.
