About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programme Manager to join our team in Barrow, supporting the delivery of large-scale projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and monitoring processes on non-complex projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives. They will also engage with stakeholders, providing updates and advice on organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning and scheduling to meet project requirements.
  • Perform risk management to ensure project success.
  • Deliver stakeholder engagement updates and advise on organisational objectives.
  • Manage project resources and coordinate activities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of project planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Aster Power projects).
  • Background in Planning or a related field.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
