Management Accountant Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Purchase Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely postings, allocations, and queries, with regular updates to the CFO.
- Process employee expenses, verify VAT, and collate monthly expense claims for the Director.
- Regularly reconcile credit card statements, post entries, and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring VAT invoices are obtained where necessary.
- Verify and process all employee expense receipts, account for VAT, and reconcile monthly statements.
- Provide support in Sales Ledger/Credit Control during holidays and busy periods.
- Assist the CFO with month-end and management accounts tasks.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare reports for leadership, including KPIs such as monthly revenue and expense analysis.
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team at Focus Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Purchase Ledger, processing employee expenses, and providing support in Sales Ledger/Credit Control.
