About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team at DFDS. As a critical infrastructure specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transportation of ferry trailers to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Transport ferry trailers to designated locations
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Perform pre- and post-journey vehicle checks
  • Load and unload cargo with care and precision
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, team members, and customers
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have held a Class 1 Licence, CPC, DIGI card, and experience transporting ferry trailers for a minimum of 2 years. You must also possess good customer service skills, as this is a customer-facing role.
