The role of Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer plays a critical part in ensuring the continued operation and efficiency of all production machinery and electrical systems on site. This includes providing both reactive and preventative maintenance, with a focus on electrical fault-finding, maintaining control panels, and minimizing downtime across the plant.

You will be working closely with the engineering team on a rotating shift pattern from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday). We require a proactive individual who can work autonomously, as well as part of a team, contributing to improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) within the facility.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Electrical Maintenance
  • Fault Finding
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Control Panel Work
  • Continuous Improvement

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A recognized engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering)
  • Proven experience in electrical fault finding and diagnostics within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • A strong understanding of both reactive and preventative maintenance processes

This position offers competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Overtime opportunities may be available, paid at a competitive rate.
