Job Description:
As a Supervising Social Work Professional, you will work closely with foster families to provide support and guidance on caring for children in need. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures, as well as experience working with vulnerable populations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, a valid driving license, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In return, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus £1,200 car allowance, and a range of benefits including flexibility with home working, good Ofsted rating, positive working environment, ongoing therapeutic training, career progression opportunities, and 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (which will increase to 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays with length of service).

Your responsibilities will include holding a caseload of about 10-13 foster families, providing support and supervision to the foster carers and ongoing training. To excel in this role, you should have a strong ability to communicate effectively, manage complex situations, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
