About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DST to join our HD Leakage department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient performance management, ensuring that any potential work needed for our customers is located and resolved in a timely manner and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work in your area of control is carried out in a manner that prioritizes safety and minimizes risk to employees, contractors, and the public.
  • Coordinate staff, information, and resources to enable prompt detection and resolution of leaks and consumption issues affecting our customers.
  • Ensure sufficient labour, plant, transport, and material resources are available to carry out planned and reactive tasks, both in and out of hours.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders, including the Customer Leak Support team, repair teams, and Area Water Network Technicians.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, plant, and equipment to identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Hold a Full UK driving license, as travel across the company will be required.
