Quality Control Inspector

About the Role:

At Serve Talent, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our Quality Control Inspectors in various stages of product inspection, testing, and quality assurance.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and progress towards becoming a Quality Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Quality Control Inspectors with in-progress inspections and electrical/mechanical testing of products against engineering drawings, procedures, and documentation.
  • Produce accurate inspection records, helping to resolve any issues that arise during the process.
  • Support the QHSE team with additional tasks as required.
  • Participate in on-the-job training to develop the skills required for future progression into a Quality Inspector role.

Key Interfaces and Skills:

  • Positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a workshop.
  • Ability to manage workload independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Willingness to learn and a keen interest in quality control.
  • Good computer literacy skills.
