Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Daventry. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support Sales Managers in generating reports and organizing data from our internal administrative system.
  • Maintain good customer relationships by acting as an extension of our field sales force.
  • Liaise with other departments to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure effective filing and administrative systems to support the Sales Team.
Requirements:
  • A good standard of education, including formal qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales operations and customer service principles.
