Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Educational Support Specialist to join our team in South Norfolk. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students from different backgrounds, providing the support they need to succeed academically and socially.
You will develop and use strategies that encourage confidence, independence, and social skills, while teaching essential life skills alongside academic basics.
Create engaging activities to build a supportive peer community and foster a positive, confidence-boosting environment where every student can thrive.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience working with children and young people, especially those with diverse needs.
- Patient, kind, and proactive approach to encouraging positive behaviour.
- Commitment to learning and growing professionally.
