Job Summary:
Randstad Construction & Property is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a long-term contract on a Water Treatment Facility project in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and Issue of Subcontract Documentation: Prepare and issue subcontract documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Quantity Surveying Duties: Manage projects and work packages, ensuring accurate cost control and analysis.
- Liaison with Design, Construction, and Supply Chain Teams: Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyze, and control costs.
- Collaborative Work with the Client: Work closely with the client to ensure business requirements are met and project objectives are achieved.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties, training, and/or hours of work as reasonably required and consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
Requirements:
- Degree or Equivalent: Hold a degree or equivalent qualification.
- Chartered Membership: Working towards or have chartered membership of a recognized institution.
- Experience in Utilities/Civil Engineering/MEICA Sectors: Possess experience in utilities, civil engineering, or MEICA sectors.
- NEC3/4 Experience: Have experience with NEC3/4.
