Job Description

The Key Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional in-store experience for all customers. As the Floor Supervisor, this individual provides expert guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring seamless store operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness - Stay up-to-date on the latest products and brand offerings.
  • Business Understanding - Demonstrate a deep understanding of the retail business and its operations.
  • Proactive Thinking - Anticipate and address customer needs in a proactive manner.
  • Attention to Detail - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
  • Register/Point of Sales use - Accurately operate the register and point-of-sale systems.
  • Asset Protection - Ensure asset protection and maintain a secure store environment.
  • Visual Displays - Maintain visually appealing store displays and fixtures.
  • System Skills - Develop and maintain proficient system skills, including register and point-of-sale systems.
  • Work Schedule Requirements - Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday hours.

Qualifications

  • Education - High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • Retail Experience - At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
  • Supervisor/Managerial Experience - No supervisory/management experience is required.
  • Customer Focus - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
  • Communication - Develop strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Interpersonal Interaction - Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
