About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chef to join our culinary team at Foxhill Manor, a 5 AA Red Star hotel in the Cotswolds. As a chef de partie, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests, working with high-end ingredients and top-of-the-range equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute bespoke menus for each guest, featuring seasonal creations and luxurious comfort food
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
What We Offer
  • An excellent salary of £34,195 per year, plus service charge, taking your salary to up to around £37,500 per year (48h per week contract)
