About the Role

As a Crew Member at McDonald's, you will be part of a dynamic team that works together to provide an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer leaves our restaurant satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a clean and friendly environment.
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and productivity while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow all workplace safety, security, and food hygiene procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to maintain high energy levels and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position, working early morning shifts, typically starting between 4am and 7am and ending between 11am and 3pm. Exact shifts can be agreed at interview.
