  • Excellent financial modeling and analytical abilities;
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills;
  • Execution-focused mindset;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively;
  • Team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
  • High resilience, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm;
  • A senior leadership team with a strong track record in the market.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure takes into account the high cost of living in London and the demanding nature of the role.
