Clinical Pharmacist role in a Stirling based Hospital.

We are seeking a GPhC (UK) Registered Pharmacist with hospital experience to join a collaborative pharmacy team.

The responsibilities include:
  • Providing a comprehensive and effective patient-centered clinical pharmacy service to designated wards.
  • Leading on and developing elements of the clinical pharmacy service to improve the patient experience.
  • Contributing proactively to ensure optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.
