About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team of educators in the Maidstone area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality learning experiences by planning and implementing engaging lessons in collaboration with teachers, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students' personal and academic development, providing tailored guidance to meet their individual needs, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEND).
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them reach their goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong commitment to supporting children's educational growth and well-being.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Experience in a school setting, ideally in a teaching or support role, with HLTA qualification preferred.
  • An adaptable and flexible approach to working with different age groups and learning styles.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between £25,000 and £35,000, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
