Logistics Claims Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our dynamic team at Bulkhaul in Middlesbrough. As a key member of our Claims team, you will handle a wide range of claims related to our tank container and vehicle fleet, working closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to resolve these matters efficiently.

• Manage a significant caseload of claims, applying sound judgment to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather necessary information and documents.
• Engage in debt recovery activities, targeting both domestic and international cases.
