We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Early Years Manager to join our team at Kids Planet Chesterfield, located in the heart of Chesterfield town centre.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to take on a leadership role within our nursery setting. As a Deputy Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the management team in implementing policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with staff training and development programs.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, including supervising staff and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as:

  • Pension plan.
  • Annual leave, including bank holidays.
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in early years education or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding practices and procedures.
  • Leadership experience within a nursery setting.
