Job Description and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team as a Level 2 Nursery Practitioner. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Observation, assessment, and planning for your key children, adhering to EYFS guidelines and providing developmentally challenging next steps
- Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements to foster a supportive learning environment
- Ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere that promotes FUN and creativity
