As a Residential Sanitation Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care homes.

About the Role:

  • Carrying out all cleaning duties in accordance with established procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Operating laundry facilities to ensure resident clothing and linens are clean and well-maintained.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve set standards and targets.

About You:

  • You must have knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, particularly Moving and Handling techniques.
  • A background in cleaning and laundry in a public setting is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
