Data-Driven Business Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Data-Driven Business Advisor to join our team at Datatech Analytics.

This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our Commercial division, supporting them in driving profitable business growth through the use of data.

You will be responsible for providing high-value insights and analysis to inform strategic decisions, working closely with our Senior Leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven insights, experience of working with C-suite stakeholders, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with senior business leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver projects that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Providing expert analysis and interpretation of data to inform strategic decisions, identifying key trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Leading and managing a team of Insight Analysts to ensure delivery of high-quality insights and analysis.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial or analytical role, with a strong understanding of business strategy and operations.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex ideas and insights to non-technical stakeholders, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of leading and managing teams, with a track record of developing and coaching employees to achieve their full potential.
  • Degree-level education in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics.
