Administrative Team Lead

Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and allocating work to administrative support staff
* Ensuring quality assurance of work
* Overseeing waiting lists and ensuring patients are booked within RTT targets
* Assisting in the production of high-quality documentation
* Managing electronic patient records, appointment bookings, and data cleansing
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 4 and/or equivalent experience
* Evidence of continuing professional development
* Relevant secretarial or typing qualification
* Good standard of general education and knowledge of data protection law
* ILM level 3 or willingness to work towards
