Role Overview

National and international experience has taught us that data-driven insights are crucial for informed decision making. At NSC Global, our goal is to be the trusted partner in providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

This role reports directly into the CFO in London, where you will be responsible for analyzing and presenting financial and non-financial data to the CEO, Board, and senior management. You will work closely with the CFO, Group Financial Controller, and Business Heads to drive business decisions based on accurate data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain group forecasts and budgets, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Present complex data insights in an informative and engaging manner to various stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Partner with Business Unit and Regional Leads to deliver targets, leveraging your analytical expertise to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze month-end results, identifying missing costs and revenues through project analysis.
  • Conduct variance analysis, providing detailed commentary on monthly performance.
  • Develop and report sales targets, as well as benchmarking and competitor analysis.
  • Lead projects and assess acquisitions, guiding due diligence processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights. Proficiency in Excel is essential, as you will develop and maintain complex financial models. Your ability to communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders is also critical, as you will need to present complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.

A 2(i) numerical degree from a reputable university, along with a professional qualification such as accounting or an MBA, is expected. You should demonstrate a natural aptitude for leadership, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business outcomes.
