Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our operations senior team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving, planning, purchasing, and inventory management to maximize business potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement processes and supply chain strategy to support business growth.
- Manage the Demand Planning process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of fleet parts.
- Review fleet parts requirements and identify potential supplier sources to optimize procurement processes.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to reduce costs without compromising quality or service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Prepare, review, and manage supplier and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in procurement processes.
- Risk Management by assessing and mitigating potential risks associated with the procurement process.
- Develop contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions or unforeseen events.
- Regularly evaluate procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage team performance and development to ensure the success of the supply chain function.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain management role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals with suppliers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain software to optimize processes.
- Proficient in contract management and supplier performance evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Strategic mindset to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Strong business acumen to understand financial implications in procurement decisions.
