About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at EQUANS SERVICES LIMITED. As a Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing, managing, and monitoring the tasks of the caretaking staff and cleaning teams on nominated sites. You will respond in a timely manner to any issues with the delivery of routine and non-routine caretaking services and provide cover as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the caretaking staff and cleaning teams on nominated sites.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient delivery of caretaking services.
  • Respond to issues and concerns raised by site users and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and report on site maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a facilities management or maintenance environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • DBS clearance and BPSS level vetting.
