Sales Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our successful team at a leading independent estate agent. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering and building rapport with potential home buyers, arranging and conducting property viewings, and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to vendors to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Negotiate offers and agreements between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Coordinate appointments with mortgage brokers and solicitors to facilitate the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other estate agents.
- Proven experience in a similar role in the property sales industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet sales targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
