Financial Services Manager

Company Overview

The Curve Group is a well-established Boutique Advisory/Corporate Finance business, renowned for its innovative approach to corporate finance and client relationships.

Salary Package

A competitive base salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus bonus, profit share, and options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing M&A business in the North, identifying and developing new M&A opportunities to drive regional growth.
  • Executing M&A assignments using technical knowledge and experience.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, taking an active role in developing new business relationships.
Requirements
  • Professional qualification ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) preferable;
  • Experience of leading M&A transactions;
