About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Collections and Network Driver. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in bringing trust to the doorstep and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Collections and Network Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to our customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Checking post-boxes and visiting post offices to collect and deliver mail
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery operations

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54, with opportunities for overtime and a contributory pension scheme. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and access to a range of benefits including uniform, parental leave, and discounts on high street vouchers, travel, and attraction tickets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
