About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Senior or Principal Consultant to join our Leeds City Centre office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, recruiting high-calibre candidates, and ensuring service excellence throughout the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities
Our successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients;
  • Successfully driving and growing the modular sector;
  • Pro-actively recruiting high-calibre candidates against client briefs;
  • Proactively managing and maintaining candidate databases;
  • Ensuring service excellence for both candidate and client throughout the end-to-end recruitment process;
  • Managing candidate and customer queries;
  • Being a point of contact for any escalations;
  • Ensuring that all working contractors comply with client and statutory requirements and resolve any queries regarding salary, absences, or other factors affecting performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A successful applicant will have sales drive, be proactive, and have experience within the technical sector. They must possess excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with both candidates and clients, and have a good working knowledge of Office 365. A positive and proactive attitude, combined with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, is essential for this role.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience. Note: This salary estimate is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
