About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate and Associate Director Hydrologist to join our Sustainable Water Management Team at WSP Global Inc.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading hydrological contributions to a wide range of projects, including flood risk management, water resources management, and environmental impact assessments.

You will work closely with other disciplines within the water team to drive the direction of projects and oversee the work of junior hydrologists.

Our national fluvial and pluvial modelling team delivers flood modelling to support a broad portfolio of work, including FCERM studies, major infrastructure projects, and strategic studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hydrological contributions to projects, including flood risk management, water resources management, and environmental impact assessments.
  • Work with other disciplines within the water team to drive the direction of projects.
  • Oversee and mentor junior hydrologists within the team.
  • Provide technical oversight of projects to deliver a range of flood risk management related services for government, local authority, private, and major infrastructure clients.
