Experienced SEN Educator

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Winner Recruitment. As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing tailored support to students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs
- To work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in SEN support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
