**Job Title:** Registered Domiciliary Care Manager (Children)
**Job Type:** Permanent
**Location:** Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to lead our new Children and Young Person's department in Cardiff. As a Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing care and support to vulnerable boys and girls who reside with family or in their own homes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to children and young people
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of care staff to provide exceptional care and support
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services and make recommendations for improvement
**Requirements:**
- Registered Manager qualification (e.g., RQF Level 5 or equivalent)
- Experience in managing a team of care staff
- Strong knowledge of child care legislation and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
