About the Role:
Adecco is seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our client, a reputable car dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to customers, ensuring a positive first impression of the organisation.
- Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, providing clear and concise information.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable condition, adhering to high standards of organisation and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational abilities, with a focus on prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances, with a flexible and proactive approach.
