Ocho is seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Analyst to join our security operations team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing our security tools, processes, and procedures, with a focus on cloud security.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Cloud Security Control Improvements: Develop and implement cloud security controls to ensure the security and integrity of our cloud infrastructure.
- Manage EDR Systems: Collaborate with the global SOC team to manage and optimize our Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) systems.
- Own PKI Infrastructure and Certificate Management: Oversee the management of our Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate management processes.
- Support Security Audits and Deliver Training: Assist in the planning and execution of security audits and deliver training to team members on security best practices.
- Contribute to Threat Hunting and Vulnerability Assessments: Collaborate with the Threat and Vulnerability team to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Mentor and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Participate in On-Call Rotations: Be available to participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage of security incidents.
- Proven Experience in a Similar Security Role: Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar security role, with a focus on cloud security.
- Strong Knowledge of EDR, DLP, IAM, MFA, Encryption, and Cloud Posture Management: Have a deep understanding of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), encryption, and cloud posture management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Security Stack and OS: Be familiar with the Microsoft security stack and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Relevant Certifications: Possess relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or cloud security qualifications (CCSK, CCSP).
- Ability to React Under Pressure and Clearly Communicate Technical Issues: Be able to react calmly and effectively in high-pressure situations and clearly communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Complex Cybersecurity Incidents and Technical Leadership: Have experience with complex cybersecurity incidents and possess strong technical leadership skills.
