Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Contract Support Specialist to join our Contract Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to capture, record, and distribute service calls.
  • Providing phone cover as required by your Team Leader.
  • Monitoring inboxes as required by your Team Leader.
  • Raising new work orders for Contract Managers.
  • Raising reactive work orders for Kier engineers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Demonstrable accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
