Deloitte LLP is seeking a highly skilled ITOM Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT Operations Management team, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and innovating ITOM solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect ITOM solutions that integrate with our existing infrastructure and systems.
  • Develop and implement guiding principles and standards for our ITOM team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ITOM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ITOM trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing ITOM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and automation principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
