Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Lead Nurse in the Early Intervention Service. This role will involve working with individuals who have experienced a first episode of psychosis, providing holistic care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in the assessment and treatment of individuals with psychosis
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education and support to individuals and their families
  • Contribute to the development of the service and its policies

Requirements

  • NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
  • Experience of working with individuals with psychosis
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
