We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Accounts Assistant to join our team at The Leaders Romans Group Limited. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and branch staff, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of queries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Assist branch staff with errors on the system and general queries via telephone and Help Desk, within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Assist Landlords with queries via telephone and email.
- Review Landlord and Tenant ledgers/accounts.
- Refund demands and fees generated in error.
- Set up/amend charges for rent, commission, and other fees.
- Transfer of funds to balance ledgers.
- Build strong working relationships with Branch staff and Property Manager.
- Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions.
- Enjoyment of exceeding customer expectations at all times.
- Investigative, analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize workloads under pressure.
- A calm, authoritative manner on the phone with excellent communications skills allowing you to discuss queries with landlords when required.
