Job Overview:


We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team at an elderly nursing home in Thames Ditton, Surrey.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


About the Role:


This is a full-time position, working 48 hours per week on a rotation of days and nights. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £21.80 per hour, plus paid breaks and a welcome bonus up to £3,000.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Providing person-centred care to residents with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:



  • RGN or RMN qualification
  • Active NMC PIN number
  • Previous experience in elderly nursing care
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A personal interest in working within elderly care
