You'll be responsible for driving innovation at the intersection of content discovery, AI-driven personalization, and search technologies, making it easier for users to find their next favorite piece of content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and our world-class content team to create seamless, personalized user experiences that drive user activation and retention.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI and machine learning trends, integrating advanced algorithms to continuously optimize recommendations, search functionality, and onboarding experiences.
  • Focus on user activation by ensuring that new users are quickly finding content that captivates them, using data, user insights, and AI-powered strategies to turn first-time visitors into long-term engaged users.
  • Continuously improve the user experience by analyzing feedback, refining recommendations, and implementing innovative solutions.
About You:
