Airport Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Sous Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our kitchen and staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all kitchen staff are preparing and presenting quality food that meets our company standards.
- Lead by example and maintain a clean and presentable kitchen environment.
- Participate in the recruitment process for potential kitchen staff.
- Communicate with the Head Chef on a regular basis regarding stock levels.
- Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to carry out manual handling, including lifting and moving stock and equipment.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
