About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to high standards of corporate governance and compliance in our national network of healthcare facilities.
  • Provide strategic insights and leadership skills to guide the company through transition periods, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in governance, compliance, or a related field in healthcare, with a track record of managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and implement effective governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sufficient exposure to DAYTIX software, with the ability to handle complaints management, risk management, CQC, governance, and policy writing.
