About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and companionship to our residents, assisting with daily living tasks, and helping to create a warm and welcoming environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of caring for older people, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.

You will be required to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a dynamic team that provides high-quality care and support to our residents.

Rewards Package

In addition to a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience), you can look forward to:

Please note that this is a Bank position, meaning that you will be required to work on an ad-hoc basis to cover shifts as needed.
