Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster excellent relationships with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with the delivery of pharmacy services, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Exercise discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in performing duties.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, adhering to company policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of £12-14 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organisation.

This role requires:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a customer-focused environment.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
  • Able to handle medicines accurately and safely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
