Assistant Manager Opportunity at Cosy Club

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team at Cosy Club. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • Work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and motivate our team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing rotas, inventory, and stock control.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that drive footfall and sales.
